As well as giving our customers support with their third party maintenance
needs and helping corporate clients replenish their stock, we also
recycle end of contract or surplus stock back in to the second user
market. This can be done in a variety of ways depending on our customer’s
needs. It can be done on a sold as seen basis for a quick and easy
turnaround, or on a more detailed level to maximise the value of
your stock.

» Warranty
All our items come fully tested from our suppliers and carry a
minimum thirty day return to base warranty.
» Delivery
& Packaging
The vast number of our goods are re-boxed in NEW brown boxes after
re-testing. These boxes can then be individually labelled with the
part number, description, and any other information that you our
customer may ask for including bar code labelling etc.
As a standard we use Interlink Express for domestic shipping and
TNT for European shipping. We are also
happy to ship with other couriers at the request of the customer.
Tracking details are available upon request one hour after the goods
have been sent or collected.
N.B Due to customer demand, the use of loose fill in boxes has been
suspended.
